A somewhat obvious way to get started in real estate is "owning" your own home, but still, it is also a very good way to do so. Even if your first thought is to say "duh..", this step is overlooked by many people. Instead of buying a property many people are simply renting one. The relation between rent and housing prices tends to vary even from area to area, and of course, from country to country.

Even aside of this, wherever you shall be going you will find people that instead of buying a house, they rent one because they "don’t have enough money". Talking seriously, it is much cheaper for anyone to buy a house.
